Feliz Cumpleaños, Eliza!

I feel like I’m falling hopelessly behind on this blog, but I’m going to take a little break from decluttering the house (we’re getting ready to put it on the market!) to share a few pics of the birthday girl!

Eliza requested a Coco-themed birthday party, which called for Mexican food, calaveras, and a mariachi band.  I think this might be the best kid’s birthday theme ever!  Dear friends and family filled the banquet room, and it was just magical.  Thanks to Pappy helping with the photos!

Ahh, what fun it was!  And now back to cleaning out closets…

Taking longer than I expected.

The kids had the flu last week, then I caught it, so I haven’t had the energy to organize and post pictures just yet.  I already had the flu a month ago (the week before Christmas).  Apparently, my immune system is not robust anymore 😦

As you’ve noticed, it’s been SO hard for me to keep the blog updated these past few months!  I guess it’s the stress of holidays, moving, the flu….I’m not sure.  But every spare moment is consumed with some chore.  It makes me very sad because I love this blog and I’m determined to keep it going!  I’m so grateful to you loyal readers for sticking around!  My goal is by the end of this week.  Hang in there, folks!
