Last day of school!

by Amy M.

Eliza has officially completed her first year of Mother’s Day Out, and it has been an amazing experience!  She LOVES her teachers and friends, and I’m so thankful that we found such an excellent place to enroll her.  She and her classmates have learned a great deal–it’s incredible to watch them follow directions, take turns, converse with each other, use manners at the table, read books together, and so many other things!

She has grown and changed so much since the first day!

This morning, Jed and I enjoyed some special mother-son time watching the ducks at the park:

We ended with a trip to the library, but he was already pretty tired by then.  The ducks wore him out!

I can’t believe he’ll be off to school in August as well!  I’ll miss our special days together, but I know he will love it just as much as Eliza has.

Until then, we’ll be dreaming up ways to spend the summer days!
